Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This policy explains what information MARKER collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and the MARKER beta email list. The MARKER app will have its own privacy policy before it launches.

What we collect

When you join the beta list, we save:

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any health information on this website. The sample week you build stays in your browser unless you join the list.

How we use it

What we do not do

Counting visits

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, so we know how many people see the site and which pages and links they come from. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. For each visit it records the page, the site you came from, your approximate location (country and region), and your device and browser type. Visits are counted with a temporary code that is discarded after 24 hours.

Service providers

We use a few service providers, and they handle your information only to provide their services to us:

How long we keep it

We keep your information while the beta list is in use. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from the list.

Your choices

Security

The beta list is stored in a database that cannot be read from this website. Only the MARKER team can view it. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information and what we collect in the first place.

Children

MARKER is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has joined the list, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we will tell you by email first.
